Cut-off in the General timezone
An order reaching Bentgo by 5:00 PM (America/New_York time) may enter processing that business day. A later order, weekend order, or applicable-holiday order starts its processing count on the next business day.
Monitoring delivery
Bentgo sends a shipping confirmation with the tracking number after dispatch. The first carrier scan may take time. If tracking does not update or reports a delivery problem, the customer may contact the store.
Eligible shipping addresses
Bentgo accepts shipment only to complete, deliverable United States addresses. International shipping is unavailable. A customer should review the address carefully and request any correction before dispatch.
Unexpected transit events
A customer should notify Bentgo if a parcel is overdue beyond the estimate, apparently lost, delivered to the wrong place, or damaged in transit. The team will review tracking and available evidence and work toward the appropriate resolution.
When changes are possible
Bentgo can consider an address correction or cancellation only before dispatch and cannot guarantee a stop after fulfilment starts. Once the parcel has shipped, cancellation is handled through the Refund Policy.
The transportation stage
After the carrier accepts the Bentgo parcel, transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, address exceptions, and carrier disruption can extend an estimate.
Verification, pick, and pack
The Bentgo processing period covers payment review, order verification, picking, packing, and preparation for carrier handoff. This first stage normally takes 1–2 business days and is not transit time.
Shipping charge
Bentgo provides free standard shipping for all US orders, without a minimum purchase requirement. Basket size does not create a standard-shipping fee.
