Bentgo uses USD for lunch-gear pricing, taxes, and completed checkout transactions.
Fraud screening
Submitting the order authorizes the processor to request the displayed amount. A bank may decline or challenge a transaction, and Bentgo may conduct reasonable fraud or address review before accepting the order.
Currency used for charges
Products, adjustments, applicable tax, and order totals at Bentgo are displayed and charged in USD. If a card account uses another currency, its issuer controls conversion rates and any cross-border charge.
Payment cards
Bentgo supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. The checkout screen shows the methods currently enabled and any issuer verification requirement.
Why a charge may fail
The customer must submit accurate billing information and have authority to use the chosen method. Incorrect fields, insufficient funds, issuer limits, or security controls can prevent payment approval at Bentgo.
Taxes and delivery information
Bentgo collects applicable taxes when the law requires. Checkout calculates tax using relevant order and delivery information; the store does not promise that every jurisdiction will always be tax-free.
Enabled services control availability
Bentgo does not represent that instalments, cryptocurrency, wire transfer, or another method is available unless it actually appears during checkout.
How a payment is reversed
Once a return is received, inspected, and approved, Bentgo issues the refund to the original payment method. The receiving bank or card provider commonly needs 5–10 business days after issuance to post it.
Security responsibilities
Shopify and enabled processors handle card information with their own security controls. Bentgo applies reasonable safeguards but cannot promise absolute internet security. Customers should protect devices, accounts, and card details.
